I hope your Fall is off to a great start!
Last month I was in Boston for a corporate training and we were discussing how to keep things moving in a group discussion.
People were venting about long rants and diatribes and… well… it kind of turned into the very thing we were trying to solve.
Suddenly a guy in the back raised his hand and called out, “ELMO!”

We all looked around at each other like, “Huh?”
🤨 eyebrows raised, 👀 side-ways glances
“Sorry, what’s that?”
He laughed when he realized we had no clue what he was talking about and went on to explain that, “ELMO” is an acronym his team uses when they feel like they’ve exhausted a topic.
It stands for “Enough, Let’s Move On.”
It's light-hearted, but effective.
