I hope you're doing well and enjoying the start of March. I was feeling a snoodge overwhelmed this week looking at my upcoming calendar... some work travel, some kiddo sports travel, Jake and I both gone at the same time for parts, which requires calling into the bullpen for child/pet care back-up etc. So you know... the usual. I know many of you can relate!

 

But then I checked in with myself on what I was feeling so dramatically overwhelmed about... a booming business I love growing, getting to watch my kiddos do something they love (and having forced quality time with them on a road-trip - BONUS), grandparents getting time with the other kids back home while we're gone... all good stuff. SO WHY ARE YOU LETTING YOURSELF FREAK OUT, PAGE?! Exactly. And I'm sure I could ask you the same thing.

 

I came across this "3 in 30" from about a year ago today and it was a good reminder to me that sometimes I need to pull my head out of my 🍑 and remember I GET TO CHOOSE the way I interpret a given situation and how I react to it. Perhaps you'll find it helps you too... and hey... it'll only take you 30 seconds to find out!
